It is best if the winter cover is used since the appearance of first autumn frosts up to early spring, and applied on delicate shrubs and flowers requiring protection in winter.
Wrap them very carefully with the cover from the bottom to the top. Do likewise with pergola vines.
After the plant is entirely coated, secure the cover with a string or staple its edges.
